Here is the roast after brining for 24 hours. Whole Foods had a boneless pork shoulder roast all ready for the recipe -- I didn't need to ask to have anything special done. It's a big one, cost $16 -- so, I didn't think that was too bad, especially compared with beef. It will now cook for 6 hours until it's time to glaze and broil. I also got a corn salad at Whole Foods, and will have fresh green beans and mashed potatoes.
