We wanted to have a last dinner out with the girls before they leave on Thursday, so we decided that The Melting Pot had lots of fun elements that might appeal to Satomi...and Emily.  It's pretty over the top in terms of calories, but I guess that's America too.  The photo at the top was one of the dessert fondues -- Emily made a great choice, the Bananas Foster, and we also had a chocolate.  It was a relaxed time, we spent hours there fiddling with the food and talking.
