No, Emmie -- this is not me in the pic -- I couldn't have changed that much since you saw me.  But, I like this woman's age, stance, and hair....I guess I'll keep growing mine.

Today I went to the Sun and Moon yoga studio -- I found it on the web and it looked like it offered all kinds of good classes.  They also have a way to work off your classes, which certainly appeals to my sense of trying to live more frugally.  I signed up to clean on Friday mornings for 2 hours, then get a free class right after that.  I could have also done office work, but the cleaning lets me be more flexible with time, so that I can go right to a class after working, rather than taking a predetermined shift.  My class today was wonderful -- it's amazing how after yoga, nothing hurts.
