We had our family Sunday dinner last night, and before that Kate and I worked on invitations.  Kate worked on the the invitations themselves, particularly getting the red bows tied.  I worked on envelopes.  We both had steep learning curves, but by the end we were on a roll.  I don't think they're perfect, but they're real and they were done by us...not invisible people at the PaperSource.  We aren't finished -- need more addresses and more red ribbon.

Grandma told a story about her childhood -- when she was 8 or 9 they lived in a modest neighborhood in Hollywood,  but Beverly Hills was close.  They used to ride their bikes over there and find the keys to houses that were under construction (keys were evidently always hidden in the milk boxes) and take fanciful tours of the mansions.
