So, I made myself a little weight loss ticker, at tickerfactory.com. You can make all kinds of other things there too...

I started South Beach yesterday...I just got fed up with all this playing up and down with 5 pounds. So, on Phase I, you basically do a detox from refined carbs and eat veggies, low fat protein, milk, nuts, some olive oil...and supposedly, this will cure the carb cravings in about 2 weeks -- well, we'll see about that. It did, however, take off 6 pounds the first day (I know, I know, it's not real, it's water, blah blah...but, I'd been fussing with 5 pounds ever since the wedding, so I'll take this no matter what it is).

Good work mom. I managed to lose 0.4 pounds in Korea, and in the 5 days I've been back, gained 3.0. It's obnoxious. I need my Jenny!
