This weekend is new house stuff -- yesterday we cleaned up all the dust from the floors and rehung the draperies -- whew...that wasn't fun, but it's done.  One thing I like about the new house is the windows -- they're pretty new, and they all have screens and open easily -- something unheard of in the 'burg house.  And, I found that I could wash the insides of all the windows without a ladder -- it's the little pleasures that give me such a kick!  I can't imagine a former self of mine finding that thrilling:-)

Today we're packing up our little basement room and going to the new house -- I guess it will all get thrown into the basement.  Moving stuff...yuk.  I hope my broad reading public is doing something more fun today!
